We currently accept most major health insurance, including Medicare, commercial insurance, and cash pay. We accept cash payments on the following electronic payment platforms for services we render to patients. We provide patients with a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of scheduling for service. Cancellation will be accepted up to 24 hours before the visit, after which a fee up to the visit amount will be charged for a show. Appointment reminders will be provided. 

Medicaid Insurance is no longer accepted at this time.
