As a licensed Addictions Disorder provider, we use FDA-approved medications in combination with behavioral therapies and counseling to treat substance use disorders.  This whole-patient approach enables us to adequately treat our patients and put them on the road to recovery.  We can give suboxone treatments without initial patient contact, via telemedicine during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Addictions Nurse Practitioners are providers with a specialization in Addictions Medicine. The primary focus is on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals suffering from addictions.  Patients are managed via a care team approach that includes counselors.

•Most major insurances are accepted, including Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and cash payments.

• Initial evaluation for all adult services: $300.00/ 1 hour

• Follow-up visits for all adult services: $150.00/ 30 minutes
